Returns – Exchanges

What about returns?

You can return a product and we will pay the price if you notify us in writing via e-mail at [email protected] or by calling 2427029498, your decision within 20 calendar days of receipt of the product by you or by third part you will suggest. In case you order a batch of products, the deadline starts at the moment you receive the last product or with the delivery of the product in case of periodic benefits. By exercising the withdrawal you are obliged to return the product to us in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you have sent it safely within 20 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and within the same deadline we are obliged to refund you any amounts you have paid us. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. The shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by the company Margarita Fourkala (margot-eshop.gr) and are borne by the customer. The money returned by the company “Margarita Fourkala” does not include initial shipping costs to you if they exceed the cost of universal postal service.

What about exchanges?

You are not entitled to withdraw in the cases of article 3b of law 2251/94 and in any other case that is provided by law or the present in accordance with the law. Indicatively, you are not entitled to a product change in case the shipping package is opened. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. Refund is not possible.

What about exchanges of discounted products?

Discounted product exchanges will be made ONLY with discounted ones. In case of product exchange, you will send it to us at your own expense and we will send you the new one for FREE. The total cost of shipping, in case of change of discounted product is borne by the ENTIRE CUSTOMER.
